Life through a Hammock,
Obstructed
Separated
Missing
Distant

I tried to be creative but, Frankly, Hammocks give me no inspiration!

I am just starting the Princess Bride! I have seen the movie and now I'm reading the book for the second time! I love the movie, but in my opinion the book is way better! I totally suggest this book, and the movie if you havn't seen it.

Today I will take you down my route as a commute from school to my home.

First off is the amazing view from my school, we are almost right on the ocean and it's beautiful.

Second off is the windy path to the bottom of the hill.

Third off is Spanky's diner and Gas, we have not been there yet. =(

Fourth off is Straw Hat Pizza, we don't really liek Straw Hat.

Fifthly and finally we have the amazing Mazzetti's Bakery, it is simply amazing.

So that is the daily walk home of Graham R. Birks.

Yesterday I went to my new home corps South San Francisco. I took some pictures, ate my first potluck there, and fooled around on the bass. I love my new corps, the people, the music, the size. It's pretty awesome there and I love it!

My corps officers are the lovely Anthony and Lisa Barnes. Then we have Ken as our worship leader. Ken is awesome and helps with my spiritual life. He gets me on track for my search requirments, he got me to start playing bass again and he's a real good role model.

Today I took a photo of my new bass! It is a Deltatone Sunburst and I need a name for it. I like Addie but other people don't, so I you can think of something better comment on my post.

To start of my 365 daily blog I posted a picture to finally say goodbye to the Christmas season. This is a picture of an advent gift from our friend Joyce. Each gift was in a red stocking, my mom had a genius idea to put them on our mantle. So these are our 24 red advent stockings.
